Enjoyed complimentary fantastic breakfasts with thick toast slices and found the reception staff to be very sincere.

The setting was amazing, just next door to the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The staff were absolutely kind and affable, gave us great tips.

When I am in Calgary, I like staying here. This is a quiet hotel with immensely pleasant staff at the reception desk. The location is stunning and awesome, 5 minutes' walk to Grand Theatre. The breakfast with toast and the thickest slices, for instance is savoury and incredible for what is offered.

The king room with great views had basic facilities you need.

The place was fabulous, with very pleasant staff at the reception desk. The room had central heating, an iron, electronic key card and a safe for safety measures. It was in a very central location close to the rail system that can get you to the zoo in minutes. Next door to Calgary Tower, many guided tours typically depart from there, along with the fire station and Peace Bridge.

Excellent welcome at the reception and restaurant. Spacious rooms and very comfortable bedding. We appreciated the proximity of the gardens to relax at the end of the day.

This place is centrally located near shopping malls, c-trains, a great restaurant, and downtown with shops and restaurants.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was particularly good and short walk to restaurants and shopping and a business district and an island. The pool was excellent, savoury breakfasts with toast and the thickest slices. Extremely friendly staff at the reception desk, everything was amazing...

The room was well-kept and the view was spectacular. the hotel's location was perfect and nice, next to a fire station with shopping malls and a market within walking distance.

Restaurant even has the hotel. A Starbucks coffee was also on site. In the evening there was a bar and it was easy to get to.

Everything was perfect.

The location, close to the center. The comfort of the bed. The large room for a standard room. Clean and large bathroom. The soundproofing is perfect. (Another guest was playing violin in his room, probably to practice a music competition, and you could hear him in the hallway, but absolutely nothing in the room!

Elevators that are a little old and need to be changed (functioning of doors that are a little defective)
